Does Bluebird use AI?

Yes, but it is totally optional. Pre-flight AI uses generative AI to score, enrich and reorganize lead data before routing. In-flight AI uses Bluebird’s patented narrow-AI scoring and routing algorithm and a machine-learning engine to choose the best recipient. Agent-assist AI, through Bluebird’s assistant Aubrey, helps reps after they accept an opportunity.

These capabilities address different points in the lead journey. Preparing incoming information is different from deciding who should receive it, and both are different from helping a salesperson respond after acceptance. Separating those roles makes it easier to decide where AI could add value without assuming it needs to control every part of the process. Teams can evaluate the relevant capabilities against their own operational needs and business rules.

When considering AI, start with a specific problem rather than the technology itself. You might want to reduce time spent organizing lead data, improve prioritization among eligible recipients or help reps prepare a follow-up message. Discuss the intended use and scope with Bluebird, including the information involved and any internal review requirements. Salespeople should still check AI-assisted communication before using it with a customer. Optional AI supports the workflow; it does not remove responsibility for appropriate decisions or accurate customer communication.
