The Bluebird dashboard gives sales leaders instant visibility into lead routing performance. From assignment rates to response times and catchall usage, learn how to spot gaps before they cost you opportunities.
Smarter Lead Insights at a Glance
Your leads don’t just need to be routed—they need to be tracked, measured, and optimized. That’s where the Bluebird dashboard comes in.
In this short walkthrough, Max von Teichman from the Bluebird team highlights the dashboard’s key features designed to give RevOps teams actionable insights:
- Assignment Rate: See what percentage of leads make it into the hands of your sales reps—and quickly identify where drop-offs occur.
- Response Time: Track how fast reps accept leads. Research shows responding within five minutes dramatically improves conversion.
- Catchall Acceptance: Monitor leads that fall back to managers for reassignment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Delinquent Leads: Spot problem leads that remain unassigned and need immediate attention.
- User-Level Performance: Review how each rep is engaging with routed leads—accepted, declined, or timed out.
- Filtering & Funnel Insights: Drill down by geography or other lead criteria to see tailored performance metrics.
The goal of the dashboard is simple: turn raw lead data into clarity. By giving sales and RevOps teams a complete picture of their funnel, Bluebird ensures every lead has the best chance of moving forward.

Hello everyone. This is Max von Teichman here from the team at Bluebird. Today, we’re going to be discussing the dashboard view on your account.
Now the dashboard has been configured to help maximize the insights you get from your lead distribution and routing with the platform of Bluebird.
Now, what we’re looking at here, at the very top, is going to be the highlighted statistics, within a given date range, of all of the leads which have been routed using your workflows.
So right away, we can see here that this account is using duplicate leads, which is another feature we’ll be discussing in other videos.
With 27 total leads routed out of 26 total unique leads. Out of those 88.89% actually managed to become assigned to the end users, the salespeople within your company.
Now, obviously, the end goal of any routing software is to make sure that this number is 100%.
So oftentimes, this is sort of the first place that we want to start, when gleaming, looking to gleam exactly how many leads are actually making it to the salespeople.
As we move on, we can also see the response time here. So out of that 88.89%, those most the vast majority of those are being accepted in the time under five minutes.
So obviously, this is a highly positive statistic. And one that we, you know, typically encourage, across all of our clients.
Under five minutes has been shown, to really gleam, you know, some of the, the most positive impacts when it comes to conversion rate.
Catchall acceptance rate, of course, refers to leads which ended up becoming assigned to the catchall rule within your account.
Now, the catchall role is an administrator’s responsibility or a manager’s responsibility. And it effectively acts as the last line of defence should a lead fall through the cracks, and not be accepted.
So these leads are in the hands of managers. And that could be from, simply, you know, a lack of interest from the salespeople. It could be from errors in the data within that lead which caused it to fail to route.
But regardless, those leads can be, you know, reworked, edited, and ultimately pushed back into the routing algorithm, such that it contributes back to this acceptance rate.
And then finally delinquent. So delinquent is going to be, leads which are assigned to no one, at this current time. Could be based off of operating hours, again, also a lack of data. There are many reasons which could be contributing to this number.
But these are leads which could be, considered problem leads, and require further attention from the administrators of an account.
Now, when I click on the three dots here, I also gain insights into my funnel should your team be providing feedback within Bluebird itself. So we can see here, I have 20 leads which have follow up statuses.
Of those, only half actually have received feedback. So obviously this is another number, that we want to see improvement on.
The idea with the dashboard, and with many of the features on Bluebird is to help make sure that we’re collecting as much data as possible so you have a complete picture of your funnel. And I look forward to discussing more of those features we have to promote that in the future.
Now, as we scroll down, you’ll notice we have the individual users within this account. Now, critical here, at a high level, you’re going to see the number of leads they’ve accepted, declined and timed out on. So this will give you a quick snapshot into the user performance across your roster.
Immediately I can tell here that Layne Kassulke obviously, is someone who hasn’t really been engaged with the platform and has been timing out on all of their leads, really just causing delays in the routing process.
You know, which leads to a drop off in conversion rates on those leads, as we found. The longer it takes for lead to get to an agent, the more difficult it might be to close that lead.
You’ll also, of course, have the individual sales funnels of those agents and can obviously filter this dashboard based off of either profiles, or at the top, by individual criteria that are contained in those leads.
So if I can search here for a geography, California, you’ll notice that the dashboard stats all change and these will be all of the leads containing the word California.
So, geography-based search, I can see which agents have accepted those leads.
And obviously the funnel stats of those leads as well.
I hope this video, was informative, and I’m looking forward to talking to you all again soon. Thank you.
