Now, when a lead you accepted is reassigned to another user, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know. If the reassignment includes a reason, that information will also be included in the email.
Here’s what’s new:
- Email alerts when your accepted lead is reassigned
- Visibility into the reason for reassignment (if provided)
- Fewer mix-ups and better coordination across your sales team
